Gold
The Gold plan offers comprehensive coverage for inpatient and outpatient services worldwide, excluding USA and Canada. This health insurance plan has the largest range of options to select what suits the member the most. Routine dental care and major dental care can be selected. Vision care is also offered as an option that can be selected if required.
Silver
The Silver plan is a decently designed and reasonably priced plan. The coverage is available internationally for inpatient and outpatient services excluding USA, Canada, and Europe. The plan offers a range of options to select what suits you most. The plan also has the flexibility to opt for routine dental cover for groups
Bronze
The Bronze plan offers coverage across the United Arab Emirates. This is the most economical ‘Shifa’ individual plan offering adequate medical coverage.
Basic
Covering all your adequate medical needs. ADNIC’s Basic medical insurance plan covers most of the medical services provided as an outpatient as well as an inpatient, including the expenses incurred in diagnosis, medical treatment, medicines, child vaccination, pregnancy and maternity in one of the finest medical service providers in the country. That’s not all, ADNIC’s Basic Plan also comes with several value added benefits like the Global Emergency Services Package that can assist you when you are away from home or abroad.

You can access the reimbursement claim form for health and medical insurance on our website www.adnic.ae, where you’ll also find instructions on how to submit reimbursement claims.
How long does it take to process a medical claim?
Health & Medical insurance claims less than AED 2,500 are processed within 7 working days. Claims more than AED 2,500 are processed within 14 working days from the date of submission.
Who do I contact if I need to follow up on my medical claim, or if there are any discrepancies in the settlement?
