20 Oct 2014

Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC), one of the region’s leading providers of insurance solutions for individuals and corporates, today announced its partnership with four Third Party Administrators (TPA’s) to complement its in-house medical insurance claims management services. This initiative will give ADNIC customers a wider choice across UAE and the region.

The TPAs, which include NextCare, NAS, MSH International and FMC Network UAE , have been brought on to complement ADNICs existing in-house services, and will enable the company to optimize costs, streamline efficiencies, while continuing to deliver quality customer experiences.

Commenting on the agreements, ADNIC CEO, Mr. Walid Sidani, said: “ADNIC is pleased to enter into partnerships with four of the leading TPAs in the UAE to offer medical insurance claims management services to its clients in addition to our existing in-house services.”

“This will give our clients an opportunity to select from different options available to meet their needs under one umbrella. These TPA agreements have been made after rigorous evaluation of various parameters and signed robust Service Level Agreements that will benefit both ADNIC clients and members, insured by ADNIC,” Mr. Sidani concluded.

ADNIC has also recently made enhancements to its Medical Color Coded Product following valuable feedback received from its Clients, Brokers and Distribution Channel. With the New Medical Insurance Color Coded product, ADNIC offers a wide range of competitively priced medical insurance plans with flexibility to meet the requirements of individuals, families and employers.

Customers will be able to select from Local, Regional or International reach and have the option of upgrading their Network by one tier, with optional benefits, such as dental and optical cover. Additionally, they can set the values of the mandatory deductibles and co-insurance in order to control their costs.
