ADNIC wins Best Mobile Experience at Customer Festival Awards 2015

The Best Mobile Experience Award recognizes the brand that has best embraced the mobile era to provide a great user experience and improve customer loyalty. During 2014-15, ADNIC introduced a number of cutting-edge mobile innovations, including a new mobile insurance app, which is the first of its kind in the UAE market.
Abdulla Al Nuaimi, Chief Officer – Shared Services, ADNIC said: “Customer service excellence continues to be a business priority for ADNIC. We are delighted that our performance in this key area has been recognized by the industry. This award is a recognition of ADNIC’s commitment to excellence in innovation through the use of its mobile applications, which have improved operational efficiency of insurance claims, as well as its color-coded insurance products for medical and motor coverage. The Customer Festival Awards 2015 was organized by Terrapinn Middle East.
