ADNIC wins Most Innovative Insurer of the Year at MENA IR Awards 2017

Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADINC), one of the leading regional multi-line insurance providers for corporates and individuals, has been awarded “Most Innovative Insurer of the Year” at the prestigious MENA IR Awards 2017, in recognition of its product innovation and customer service.
Commenting on the achievement, Ahmad Idris, CEO of ADNIC said: “The award from MENA IR serve as an appreciation to our efforts in product development and customer service. We are humbled by this recognition and look forward to continue strengthening our efforts in the year ahead.”
ADNIC was adjudged the “Most Innovative Insurer” following the latest service updates to its mobile application, the digitalization of claims processes and products marketing.
Idris added: “At ADNIC, we are constantly exploring new ways of optimizing our technology platforms with a view to expand and enhance our product and service offering to our customers. We remain committed to further augmenting our innovation processes in line with our customers’ demands.”
Organised by the MENA Insurance Review, the annual MENA IR Awards recognise and reward those Middle East and North Africa-based insurers, reinsurers, brokers and service provider that have demonstrated exceptional customer service and innovative product development over the past 12 months.
